Our products are generally available through special order. Items are procured based on customer requests, so please review your order carefully before submitting it.

Return and Exchange Policy

Right of Return (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU consumer protection law, you are entitled to request a return of online-purchased special order items within 14 days of receiving the product, regardless of the reason. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to personal preference, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

• For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Process

A refund will be processed after verifying that the returned item is unused and in its original condition (including all accessories, labels, and packaging). Refunds will be made promptly to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

• Certain hygiene products or consumables.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will offer an exchange or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
